This forward thinking organisation is one of Australia's leading mining companies. With a successful operation located in the Northern Territory and expansion in place a requirement has arisen for a proven HSE professional.
Managing an experienced team you will b e responsible for the effective running and maintenance of all health, safety and environment systems across the operations. You will ensure adherence to relevant legislation, conduct training and confirm that risk assessments are performed. In addition you will build and maintain strong relationships across the internal business and ensure that stakeholders are educated in their HSE responsibilities.
You will have a relevant qualification in OHS coupled with solid HSE experience within the mining industry. You must have good leadership skills as well as strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff in all areas of the organisation.
